This is a hand from an $11 satellite to the Sunday Warmup. We are in the early stages. Villian has been pretty quiet so far.

where is the problem?

you got a straight on the river, so i don't think you can ever fold this.

if he plays JT you stack off, but there is no way to get away from this.

The board is also paired, and this guy hasn't acted like a complete moron/maniac yet. I think I beat trip 8's and split with random 6's. I lose to JT and boats. Is there something I'm overlooking to make this an easy call?

So MP1 raises 4x BB preflop, and checks the flop and turn when second of three people to act, then wakes up and overbets the river. You're losing to only a boat and 6T. I doubt MP1 is checking a set twice...I have to call this.

Edit: can't read, didn't see we lose to JT too

I don't think it's an easy call at all, and you can easily fold here. This is a satellite and you still have ~1900 left (60+ BBs).
This bet strikes me as a FH hoping you had J10 - the classic ridiculous overbet with the nuts. In a cash game I would easily fold this unless the bettor was a typical Eurotard.
Based on your reads, the villain is not an idiot, so I would expect to be shown monsters very often here. If someone wishes to provide mathematical analysis, be my guest.

I think you're facing a chop at best. No way villain is jamming with anything less than your hand.

You haven't invested much into the hand and you're only going to get your money back by calling or bust out. I can fold this.
