Default 50NL: 77 facing a flop raise

Villian is a 40/22/4.5 guy. He also has a 70vpip from sb. Is he bluffing/semibluffing here often enough to continue? If we do continue what's the plan for various turn cards?

I wouldn't mind a shove here against an aggressive/donkish villain with a 3/5ths buyin.
