Yes, I am positive about banning powers. I am just a mod of our sponsored-forum but I do try to lend my part in return for what I have learned here of the years. Many likely don't know that Dynasty was a predominate Strategy poster back in the day. In fact, his first 3k posts have to be all strategy! I've made a living off the stuff he taught me!
