lol, that's not David, he's much older. That's a picture of "BldSwtTrs" the well known internet pro. He made a post talking about his success and one of his points was that he always believed himself and thought of himself as a superior player among the player pool. He said if you used his picture as your avatar and believed you were him then good results would be sure to follow.
