Hooking PS2 up to a LCD Monitor (X-Post)

If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it. I got some advice there, but was wondering if there are any other options that don't require buying something.

Are there any emulators that let you use ps2 discs with your computer?

there are no good ps2 emulators (yet). In a few years most definitely. For now if you want to hook up your ps2 to an LCD monitor you'll need to get an upscan converter .
