Default my car sucks and i need new brakes, how much is it going to cost?

i basically ignored the problem forever, they were grinding for like 3 weeks. now they dont work at all. i had to use the e brake to stop my car on the way home from where i was.

what is this going to cost me? like 1k?

lol i just went through this seriously

1k definitely not mang. probably $400-500 for new rotors pads and hardware + labor.

edit: assuming it's just the front brakes

oh and this is a [censored] beat i hate paying for car [censored]. my car is a 2003 pontiac grand am and i have already replaced the front brakes once. there is obviously some defect.

well it prolly would have cost u about 50 bucks 3 weeks ago and about an hour of time.

i know that but UB takes too [censored] long to ship checks and i just started making millions.

it's weird, $50 3-weeks ago > $500 now.

calipers could be at their limits, so can't press together anymore.. uhm.. broken rotors.. no brake fluid, brake line bad.

yeah i just checked the brake fluid reservoir and there doesn't seem to be anything in there.

i did just destroy the life, accidentally of course, of some rodent the other day. maybe that [censored] clipped the line and compounded my existing brake issue.

hrm.

this is going to cost a lot.

and lol, aren't new calipers the most expensive part? i probably need to get a new set of those too.
