Ok, where do I draw a line when a good player with no history 3bets my UTG raise, do I fold JJ, AQo? AQs? results: I raised he shoved I called, he flipped over AK

Bad situation. Pretty much the entire 3bet range of a TAG beats you with the exception of AQ. AJ and KQ might be in his 3bet range too though.

preflop is fine, I don't think getting it in on the flop is bad really, but if he'd good/solid/not spewy, I think c/cing the flop is better since you're rarely getting it in good here if the money goes in on the flop IMO.
