Default On Perma Tilt, need coaching to get back on track. any recomendations?

Sorry if this has been asked before/in wrong forum (please move mods), but would like to know if any of you guys recieved any coaching before and if any1 has any recomendations,

Its a big big decision for me, one i have been meaning to make for a while, blowing 1/2 my roll (playing above my lvl OFC) last week thnx to some V V V spewy play gave me the kick up the backside that i needed to get a coach.

Im currently a NL400 player wanting to move up asap but i just cant adjust...

Ive read through the Coaching Dir, but the choice is huge, tbh krantz and whitelime looked good, but dont know where to start so i thought id make a post here...
