Re: The worst AA ever played?
I'm at work, and all my HHs are on my laptop at home, so I can't show you anything, but I've seen much, much worse.
He was UTG, prolly hoping for a late-stage raise so he could reraise for more monies. (I've played AA this way at tables where there's a reliable trend of raising on the button/SB/BB in unopened pots. Without a table read, it's tough to tell whether this is a good idea or not.) Then he got a slowdown flop, then he caught the 3rd nuts on the turn. I'm surprised he didn't go a little crazier with the nut flush. In actuality, he probably lost the minimum. Dude plays scared (at .10-.25, no less). That 6 on the river cost you $$$. Still, NH. |

Re: The worst AA ever played?
This guy was running at 46/1 over 300 hands. I don't think reraising PF was in his book of tricks.

Re: The worst AA ever played?
The funny thing is his wife was probably watching as this was happening and at the end of the hand he explained to her "This is why I don't raise with Pocket Aces, they always get cracked with junk!" as she nodded in her new understanding of poker.

[ QUOTE ]
Open-push river. [/ QUOTE ] No advice in BBV; however this is the best play. Villain will always call with a king high flush here at this level. |
