I like to donk the flop a lot. A c/r is really strong in a 3bet pot.

lead out .75c on the flop, co will raise if he has anything or if he puts you on weak pair/draw. you can flat call then check or lead small on a blank. If he raises big like hes got higher pockets, you can reraise all in.

You played this fine. They had nothing. C/R is correct.

If OP donks, many preflop raisers will raise with air.

Tbh, I think you're incorrect about 'many' preflop raisers doing this

Well, we don't know much about the original preflop raiser, so it's hard to say. I do notice that a lot of preflop raisers spew uncontrollably when their donked into. I'd probably rather donk and hope to get raised than make a really strong move like c/ring. I suppose it doesn't matter too much either way, just my personal preference.

I think it matters if you donk here. They are cbetting way, way more often than raising with air. WAAAAAAAYYYY more. If the flop is 6AJ or more drawy then donking is fine but this board is just dry. A set of sixes is an absolute monster here. Since you aren't on the 'lead' check to the raiser, expect him to bet and re-raise. Doing anything else is losing money.
