whats easier to play turbo 180 or non-turbo 180 ???

I played the turbo 180, seems like a donk fest... woudln't having more cards ( non turbo) and more time to play be a more advantage to the better player??

Yes, but you can fit 3 turbos in the space of 1 nonturbo. Really your ROI needs to be 3x larger for the nonturbo to make it more profitable. So depending how good you are with pushbot vs bigger stack, either tournament could be more profitable.
