what ever happend to the online casino CEO arrested on US soil?

i remember last year one of the big online honchos got arrested after landing in the US for some business meetings and was held for a while.

Ive been away and out of touch from these boards for a while here so sorry if this is old news or common knowledge....just would like update

If you're talking about David Carruthers of BetonSports, I believe he's still in house arrest in a hotel in St.Louis, awaiting trial.
