Default Bah - i hate these spots

Villain is 42/13/3 over 350 hands. no real history except that im new to the table and have raised his limps twice in a row and he folded to my cbet both times. this hand came up two hands later.

What's my best line on the turn? Calling seems kinda weak but on the other hand im a bit concerned that hes getting annoyed at me and wont want to fold top pair or even second pair.

Take the free-ish card and use position on river.

What does using position on the river entail? Bluffing a club?

Bluffraising a blank river seems pretty terrible given how we're so unlikely to ever have a hand. I can see bluffing a club, but that's about it.

Too difficult to give him an accurate range here but I assume he doesn't fold a T, so if you raise you're bluffing a fairly narrow range of hands. Call.

I think he needs to fold a huge percentage of his made hands to a raise to make raising more +EV than calling. So call.

Against a guy with these stats we usually don't have FE because he is too stubborn to get off straight and flush draws (usually that have a pair with them). This is such a miniscule bet that its almost like a check...keep it that way and see a cheap river.
