Looking for NLTRN turbos (not Pokerstars)

Sorry for asking but I RTFM and FAQ and forum and looked around in the Interweb but still have a question:

I am looking for another pokerrrom beside Riverstars.

I like to play NLTRN with the following conditions:

1. rake below 5%
2. fast NLTRN
3. enough traffic (I play low stakes (below 50))
4. not Jokerstars but something like Jokerstars

You can always find a game at almost any stake on Pokerstars.

What is Jokerstars?

If you think pokerstars is rigged, don't play poker at all, including live or anywhere.
If you don't think so, play on pokerstars.

Bodog is probably as fast as FTP and the players are fishier, just not as many players (but under $50 that shouldn't be an issue).
