Alright all you horseament/PLO no he dinna folks, I was in a little Horseament and in the first PLO round it was capped 4 ways pre-flop more than once, this struck me as strange. Someone later complained about chip dumping between people. I didn't care and took 3rd anyway, against the chip dumpers strangely enough. Is this weird behavior in the PLO stage? I haven't played ton but I haven't seen it capped so much pre-flop in Omaha before.

I see preflop capped pretty often in ring games PLO/8...I dunno about the HORSE variety of lolmaha, is it high-only?

But, speaking theoretically, isn't the PLO portion the only non-limit part of the tourney? So, if you wanted to dump chips, it's a good place to transfer a bunch, and the laggro character of the game would make such action not look too suspicious, yeah?
