Proposed trade:
I get T.O, I give up LJ. This is a huge steal right? Especially if I can trade off one of my 4 receivers for a quality RB.

I guess I shouldn't be thinking so much. I drafted Big Ben for value and here it is. I haven't even started him this year (was going to this week) as I have Kitna and Hasselbeck. I am just afraid Gore is gonna be huge the 2nd half of the year and Brady is gonna be sitting out in fantasy crunch time.

Assuming you get -2 per INT and 25 yards/pt, Anderson should have around 35 points more than Favre, right now, which is about 5 points a game.

As for Wayne/Stallworth. Wayne is a consistent producer week in, week out. His "worst" fantasy performance this year was a 5/70 week. Stallworth meanwhile has run hot against some questionable secondaries and is Brady's 4th favorite receiver. TDs are very high variance, but I'd be surprised if Wayne wasn't >5 points/game better than Stallworth from here on out.

It depends on scoring system and if anybody is really hurting for WRs. I could be overrating LJs last week against the Bengals, too.

It depends on scoring system and if anybody is really hurting for WRs. I could be overrating LJs last week against the Bengals, too.

Well the trade won't affect lineups until Week 9, and I have a supersoft matchup that week, so I can sit on them a while if I need to.

Had Kitna at QB and he has just been pissing me off.... hopefully Big Ben is a solid upgrade. Still have Chris Cooley at TE so not a huge blow by losing Witten.

I was shocked to see Ben's TD/INT ratio so high, but then I remembered that one sick game that distorts it a bit. Since that game he's got 9/5, which is ok, but I really don't think he's a significant upgrade over Kitna, who admittedly has been abyssmal, but against Washington (very good D) and TB (only threw it 20 times, ran most of the game.)

I think he'll bounce back and be more like the 300/2/1 than the 150/0/2 we've seen recently. In other words, I don't like it much.

Also, keep in mind my advice should be taken with a grain of salt as my 4 teams are a combined 12-16 this year. I hate fantasy football.

I don't think Big Ben is an upgrade from Kitna at all.
