Paradise - Can wife have account/share neteller?

My wife heard about a husband and wife having two separate accounts at Paradise. Is this possible? If so, can both accounts share a neteller account? Also, will the refer a friend bonus work? I looked through Paradise's help files, but didn't find anything helpful.
