how the fk can some guys study for like 8 hours a day for exams? My focus is gone after about 3 hours hardcore studying. That sucks so hard :S . Might help if i would actually care a bit about subject, but im just doing it to get good grades.

When i play poker for 4-5 hours Im also burned out and my focus is just gone for the day. Except forr some days then

How to win at poker imo:

Step 1. Know when the ace is coming.

Example:

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $150.95
SB: $236.80
BB: $75.30
Hero (UTG): $100
MP: $172.60
CO: $100

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $3.50</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $13</font>, BB folds, BTN calls $9.50

Flop: ($27) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $15</font>, BTN calls $15

Turn: ($57) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $30</font>, BTN calls $30

River: ($117) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $34</font>, SB calls $34

Results: $185 Pot ($3 Rake)
BTN showed Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (two pair, Aces and Queens) and WON $182 (+$90 NET)
SB mucked A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (two pair, Aces and Nines) and LOST (-$92 NET)

Step 2: ?????

Step 3: Profit!

It's fine against that guy, he's loopy.

Edit - speaking of him, he just 4-bet me with KTo.

Well... if you have a bad habit (like I do) of doing everything a day befor deadline you will have to study for 8 or more hours.
