Onslaughts were an original idea. I used them first on footballguys under my old username "jwvdcw" in the FFA there. TannerBoyle was also a key memeber in popularizing onslaughts, so I'll give him some credit as well.

It never amazes me how, even the smarter 2p2ers, are so easily duped into giving people attention when their very obvious exact purpose is to get people to give them attention.

Just from some quick calculations it looks like it could be minutes until the Patriots win the Super Bowl. I don't feel like wasting more than 30 seconds on this though.

i dont think its a countdown. ive seen him go down and back up again. seems more like a running total of something. im guessing its the balance of an investment or bank acct.

Its related to his post count here and at the other forum.

Its some kind of countdown until he reaches 200,000 posts across multiple forums or something like that.

It definately isnt a factor of time, number 105365 was posted at 07:13 wheras number 105364 was posted at 07:16.

Its probably for a prop bet, hence the not wanting one person to find out or something to that effect.

I suspect if you searched that other forum he mentioned in the other thread he will have similar countdown numbers which follow the same pattern and would fill in the gaps.

Anyway, ive satisfied a bit of my curiousity, i dont really care what it is for real but i think im on the money. The only anomoly i found in my sample was the crossposted post where he has the same number 5 times but in 2 distinctly different times (4 were at 08:13, one was at 08:22).
