Thats a good looking flop... i think i would reraise it, especially given that he min raised you... he surely isn't thinking about laying his hand down.

seems good. I wouldnt reraise flop. hes folding some Jx hands. AJ hes going all the way along with QQ-AA, obviusly.

I would check turn as well, looking for exactly what he did, betting small to keep me in.

The river looks good too. I think he calls 34 almost 100% of the time but i guess the bigger question there is how to extract more money in this spot. And im not sure how to this.

There are two lines to take, shoving the flop or the one you took. Shoving gives you fold equity, the line you took only gives the equity of your draw. Sure, you save some money the times you miss, but against a decent player its going to be expensive on the turn. A great thing about shoving is that you may be able to fold out SOME better flush draws and the most obvious benefit you pick up a decent size pot a lot of the time with 9 high. Shoving also adds some deception to your game if you take the same line with an over pair on ocassion.

Looks okay. I might of attacked his weak turn bet to either fold him or get it all in.

RR flop is def. the best move here. Your draw is a favor over just about anything other than a set. W/ the folding equity, its very +EV.

The problem w/ calling is that you are OOP. So the implied odds are not so great. If you were in position, a call is very profitable.
