Default 25nl at UB--how many outs?

I've played less than 20 hands vs villain. No significant reads. Maybe I should have c-bet, but it seems risky vs 4 opponents. Then I called, counting on implied odds--a mistake, I'm sure. What I'm most interested in is how deeply we should discount our outs once we have it heads up.

Well, obviously there are 10 cards that will improve your hand. You just as obviously have to discount this number.

I'd throw right out any diamond. I'd only count each of your overcards as half an out due to the likelihood that they are no good, plus your remaining 3 straight outs aren't even to the nut straight, so there is even RIO with those outs.

I'd play this hand is if it was a 4-5 out hand. $0.02.

Against three oppponents, IMO not one of your outs is really clean. You missed the spot for a CB (though it's questionable whether a CB makes sense here) and could very well be drawing dead or close to it. Just let this one go...

And yes, if you don't c-bet folding is fine.
