Problem with Littlewoods poker mod

Hi,
Ive made a few mods to the tables and icons on littlewoods using things from some other crypto sites to rid myself of the ghastly pink table,all works fine until i close and reopen the client.All the mods are automatically deleted and the original files are restored.
Is there anyway to stop this?
