[ QUOTE ]
i would think if I facing an allin against someone with a premium hand pre-draw and I have JJJAx, i would redraw both cards to hit a pair as my ace up is essentially meaningless and the odds of pairing the other cards or hitting a jack is > hitting a jack or an ace with the single card.

i mean i could be obv wrong.

[/ QUOTE ]

yeah, keeping a card when you have trips is slightly retarded because if you fill up you make jacks full no matter what the pair is, and there is a slightly greater chance of making quads if you draw two. So, drawing two is always better, but barely.

the ace up is entirely meaningless.

I used to think this stuff was funny, but also was irritated by it, like $@#$!@$@# wtf why don't they understand that online player play millions more hands per month, and understand the math better than you, and.. aaaargh why are you talking, etc,

Now I'm just glad this guy's influencing some of the people I play against.

Ireland, Spain, Germany, Austria.

Gogo Europe. They've all been playing through the night, pretty remarkable.
