I want to make a public appology for my behavior on the phone today, here's the story of the phone conversation I was told to call security department of AP. I called the man answered "Hello what do you want?" Immediately got to my skin because I knew the outcome of the call. I said "Yeah have uppermanagement send me my money." bla bla no one is available "We cannot help you." long story short I dropped the N bomb and hung up the phone. I want to personally appologize to everyone because I know how hurtful this statement can be. I am just at the end of my ropes going through the same thing being told no one can help me because I am on a list. I'm sorry to the guy who answered my phone call and then froze my account, but that is not the end of my account if you know what I mean.
