Sorry, but whoever confirmed this to you is incorrect. There are 3 mandatory blinds of $300/$600/$1200 with a $100 ante. I guess you'll only believe this once you see the show, but you can take it to the bank.

I thought how high the blinds were was pretty important since the less deep they are compared to the blinds the more action there will be. If it was still 300/600 blinds, and every1 had at least 500k on the table, I think the game would tighten up quite a bit. The 500/1k blinds with 200 ante seems good. I hope they continue the auto straddle and this game is 500/1k/2k with 200 ante. If so, this game will be fast and very interesting to watch.
