Default KTo hand

SB is 20/16/1.2 over 330
BB is 91/5/0.5 over 50

Pokerstars 5/10 6-max

i raise preflop in the HJ with KTo, SB 3-bets, BB calls, i call.

flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (my king is a club)
SB bets, BB folds, i call.

turn bricks, SB bets, i call.

river bricks, SB bets, i raise planning to fold to a 3-bet.

thoughts?

Raise the flop. This way you never feel compelled to be folding to a 3-bet, and you can get in some bets before an ace/jack/queen hits on the turn. He'll call you down at least until the river with QQ/JJ too.

The problem with raising the river is that as he keeps betting, your equity gets lower and lower.

I don't like the river raise. Not enough hands that you beat will call the raise and almost every hand that has you beat will call or re-pop.
