You have done a better job sticking ot the true UBERNIT than I have. I am currently running at 17/9, but I had two good sessions so I opened up more late (this helps you take down a lot of pots when your table image is strong and cbets actually work). Currently my position stats are:

UTG: 9/3.5
MP: 10/6
CO: 14/9
BTN: 20/15

The 9/3.5 UTG is caused by limping for setmining. I am not sure yet how effective this is. After 8k hands I am negative UTG for all hands except premiums. I think that the sample is too small to make a valid conclusion though.

I'd say

SEMINIT (15/12, bad) -> (MEGALAG (25/22) -> UBERLAG (30/25) -> SEMINIT (15/12) -> SEMITAG (17/15) -> SEMILAG (20/17)) * n (possibly several times over) -> SOLIDPLAYER (x/y, good)

I read a really good article in one of the card magazines that talked about the progression of the poker player and it is as you state Trig - a constant roller coaster from tight to loose with different levels of aggression. I actually pull that article out from time to time and reread it - it is amazing how accurate it is.

That's funny how I can get tense in big pots, after the flop I suddenly realized that Villain had me covered and I didn't feel so good about putting my stack in on this flop. I forgot Villain was the tilty fish I had been running over on two tables and the reason why I was at the table...

Anyway I'm running so good right now, I'm glad I switched to 6max after my bad downswing / tilt at HU sitngoes.
