Depressed Buddy Needs Help....How Do I Do It?

He currently spends a lot of his money on Asian Massage parlors. He's not a stoner but has started smoking cigarettes within the past year. He's about 5'4" and weighs about 160.

I heard mention of a vacation and he's not a big dominican fan only because he loves going to TJ to bang all the mexican hookers he can.

His whole life is "instant gratification." I think he needs to trend away from that sort of thing if he wants to get out of his depression.

He likes to gamble. Took a trip to Reno a couple weeks ago. Was down 800 and was about ready to kill himself but ended up +50 for the trip after a good run at the craps table. He plays poker but isn't profitable...doesn't make sound plays.

Run and workout with him for a month. Get him involved in a good health and fitness routine. Getting him in shape will be the most effective way to pull him out of his slump.

He should be a big brother...something like that.

Sounds like what you're saying is that without a female in his life, he's gonna be depressed forever. If that's the case there isn't much you can do except try to get him outta the house to meet chicks.
