What's the deal with Party Poker Jackpot tables? +EV to play them?

Are there more fish that play on jackpot tables than regular tables? Do the fish more than make up for the -ev of jackpot rakes?

Well, I can only speak from prior experience before the legis, but jackpot tables were softer, but I only really played on them when the jackpot got to a level where it was ~EV which from what I remember is around 200k.
