Unsure what to do with KQo in 3bet pot
I'm the villain in this hand, wanted to see what people thought. I'm a TAG with a fairly wide CO opening range. Hero is a solid aggressive player that may be viewed as a light 3bettor.
Assume 100bb stacks at 200nl. 2 folds, Villain raises to $8 in CO, button folds, Hero 3bets to $26 from SB with K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. BB folds, Villain calls. Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Hero bets $36 into $52 pot, Villain calls. Turn: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Both players have around $140 left. What do you do? If you check, do you intend on getting it all in if Villain bets? |

Interesting hand, and a tough spot for the KQ. I probably check/call the turn. I don't mind going broke here.

Wow that turn really sucks, as AK, AQ, AA now beat us in addition to KK, QQ, and possibly 66, JT depending on how light you think he's calling.
Honestly, I can't really put him on a hand that we beat after he calls flop. I'd probably c/c turn, c/f river, but c/f turn can't be that bad either. |
