New Bankroll Requirements for Speeds?

What kind of rolls are good for each level at the speeds?
50buyins? 100buyins? How many are you comfortable with
while multitabling?

I used to be a sng grinder at the 55s and am deciding on returning
to the grind. I used to 9 table with about 150 buyins.
