Default $25 PL O/8 is my nemesis

Is this level even remotely beatable? I'm doing the bankroll from scratch thing and I've dropped $150 at least at this level while dominating the lower levels. This is over the course of 4k hands. I'm even up $50 at the $50 buy-in level, but don't really have the bankroll for it.

Each time i move up, i get slapped in the face and then drop down to rebuild. Here are my stats for the $25 lvl:

Vol. put in pot: 27.84%
Won money when saw flop: 23.72%
Amount won: -$157.34
BB/100 hands: -8.28
Went to showdown: 23.63%
Won Money @ showdown: 53.21%
Total Aggression factor: 1.48

My stats aren't really different at the other lvls ($2,$5,$10,$50), except for monies won and BB/100. Even with this level kicking my ass, I'm still an overall 9BB/100 winner for 19k hands. It could be variance, but man it's getting me discouraged because i'm trying to build a roll instead of just dropping in $1k and playing the $50 lvl straight out.

Anyone else have/had this problem? Do you want more stats? What kind of deposit options do i have if I just say "[censored] it" and drop in the $1k?

FYI, i jump to this lvl once i have a $300 bankroll and then drop back down if i hit $225. So the bankroll is small (12 buy-ins), but i don't play scared money because i know i can always regroup at the lower levels. Which of course, I'm going back to today after a $78 kick in the ass at the $25 lvl.

in the posted hand your almost always getting quartered and you have no hi hand so check turn there unless its a multiway pot and you can get some money drawing thin or dead in for the hi but yeah luck box would help

Dont raise hands like AKT2 suited when you are in early postion. Such cards play great multi-way and slightly worse heads up out of position. Alot of flops will miss you and come like 987 or 256 dont force yourself to loose 3 dollars instead of 25 cent when you miss. Additionally if you are underrolled play smaller variance style.

Ok lets review the hand you posted.
Preflop it was so so like I already mentioned, the flop is great but now you probably regret that you are 1 0n 1 instead of multiway because you virtually cannot scoop unless you hit the flush. I mean you flopped great but will win the whole only if you catch another heart. Flop bet is good.

On turn you might check behind but actually I like betting out more. If villian folds thats good but if he stays aroung we still might freeroll him if he has A456. It gets ugly only when he has specificly A266 but even then we have enough equity to put the rest of the money in.
And because he just checks why would we assume he is that strong? If he is, thats just a cooler.

If you want to get some better advice dont post hands that are absolutly obvious and standard.

PS.

I reviewed your stats and your total agression factor=1.5 is pretty sick. You have to overplay alot of hands. Mine Total Agression Factor is 0.72 and Davebreal has 0.73. Think about it.

You know, I'll make it a point to slow down a little more. That certainly could be part of the problem. I looked at a big chunk of my hands last night at this lvl and I noticed that I tend to pump up pots on the flop/turn that I end up having to fold on/by the river.

I got it in my head to bet big with my wrap/flush draws w/a low (as above) but its not paying off.
