Default 3-bet JJvs nitty UTG opener?

5-max table

Villian is 15/5/2

100 x BB

He raises UTG everybody folds to me in BB.

Do you 3-bet or call?

mostly call (but i'm nitty)
checkraise on a low board, give up vs a call (but that's kinda read dependent... what do other people have to say 'bout that?), instantly give up against overcards.
he's nothing less than AQ(maybe AJ)+TT+ here

call

i don't see any real point in c/r a low board.

i just c/c and fold to a decent turn bet

6% is all pocket pairs

so he's hovering around there, if he's not positionally aware i may 3 bet (iow if his steal percent is 5%)

if his steal % is 15% or so i may just call
