Default Proposed Florida Seminole Compact

From the draft compact Part V(L):

"The Tribe shall conduct poker in compliance with all provisions of Florida law, including restrictions on ante and pot amounts. However, each Facility may hold up to 4 poker tournaments per year that are not subject to the limitations/restrictions imposed by Florida law, provided that the net win from each tournament is donated to a charitable organization pursuant to 501(c)(3)."

I interpret this section to state that there will be NO increase in limits and/or max buy ins ("all provisions of Florida law"). Do others concur?

Also, It's nice to see the carve-out for 4 tourneys. Perhaps we'll see a few major events, but without higher limits, I don't know if the pros will come to play.
