Some thoughts on interpoker/sunpoker/betsafe?

Looking to move from absolute but its 30% rb, bonuses and cash for points make it so difficult to move. I have turned my thoughts to interpoker et al as you can get a $1000 bonus and up to 50% rb if you make 11,000 MPP per month. Anyone know how many hands i'd have to play to make that? Anyone have any thoughts on the games there. I play 1/2 - 3/6NL.
