I am a low level SnG grinder that is getting into cash games.

This is my first month playing 50NL and just a week ago I strted 6 max as it seems less boring to me, more action.

What would you suggest I do to improve and move up the levels in the best way possible? Bank roll is currently $4000 for reference.
