Default Good computer chair any suggestions?

Hi I have been using a piece of [censored] computer chair for too long. I have some back problems and need to lose about 30lbs (which im working on), but I also would like to purchase a quality chair with comfort for the back as the number one priority. Does anyone have a specific one they recommend? thanks in advance..
