My degeneracy is becoming uncontrollable

Lately I have been playing strictly HU.

Since starting to play soley HU I have made excuses why I cannot go to the gym with friends. I've been late for work by 30-60 min each day (luckily I can come in whenever I feel like it so i'm not technically late). I find it difficult to quit and have had multiple +10 and -15 buy in sessions.

And this sh!t goes on and on.

I need to stop this.

Brag: I won 3k playing HU 100NL in 2 weeks.
Beat: I lost almost all of it back and became an angry person in the process.
Variance: I don't know if I can go back to playing 6max.
