I agree with Noah. Everyone should email FTP about this and maybe in 2 years it will be changed.

I've PMed FTPDoug about this thread, so hopefully mass e-mails and other things that would annoy FTP support and further slow them down aren't necessary.

Since I also had accidently sent money to the wrong person on Full tilt (one letter off) and only got the same silly reply upon immediately realizing my mistake "if the player still has an account and agrees to return the money, that's the only way you can get it back"...

well, they could easily fix this to make it so others don't make that mistake. C'mon Full tilt...help us out here.

I like the entering the birthday info, or the first and last name, anything to make sure that mistakes aren't made.
