considering how many people play the respective sports, MJ is an absolute no-brainer. i think anyone who DOMINATES soccer or basketball is more impressive than someone who dominates an individual sport for rich people.

many cycling fans say that Merkyx (sp?) was better than Lance.

(argument being that Lance dominated the TDF, but Mercyk won all kinds of races)

if Tigers career ended today, Nicklaus would have a much more impressive resume. although it looks like Tiger will pass him, you never know.
