Odds are about 100% this was a publicity stunt. Probably a failed attempt at some 30 minute infotainment clip, now turned into spam for some random site.

Some other guy tried the same thing and was spamming 2+2 with links to it. Was going to put all his tuition money on the wheel with a website loaded with 'information' / [censored] tons of banners/advertisements and places where you could 'donate to his cause'.....

I remember this guy was an idiot because he did it on an American Roulette wheel with 0 and 00 where the house edge is 5.26%. If he would of done it at any other casino where the offer European roulette with single 0 the house edge is reduced to 2.70%

No he isn't. I believe he talked to the floor, and if it landed on 00, it was a push. They were playing euro rules.
