Small FH on river

What's the best way to play this river? I don't really want to see a big bet when I check because it looks like he backed into a big hand and wants to get max out of me and there's really not that many draws he could've had.

Villain is 12/6/.7 over a 200 sample, haven't gotten out of line yet.

I think that this type of player only bets a Q on the river

Bet/fold river or c/f. I fold now though.

Do you think he calls with a king if I bet/fold around 40-50?
