Default Standard KK fold on the flop?

Cryptologic
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, Hero raises to $8, CO folds, Button calls, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($26, 3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $20, Button calls, SB raises to $60, Hero folds, Button folds.
Uncalled bets: $40 returned to SB.

Results:
Final pot: $86

Villain is 12/7/1 over 400 hands. He has $281 before the hand, button has 170 and I cover. I'm just starting to play again after a break for exams so I'm just making sure this is standard.

I think his range is mostly sets/2 pair, I don't think he plays a combodraw like KdQd like this with the button calling.

Do you think it's still a fold vs a more agressive 20/17/2 type of player? I mean it's obv that such a nit has me beat here but his betsizing really doesn't make sense for any hand I beat, with a combodraw he'll raise bigger or just call amirite?
