Do I have to 3-bet the flop?

yea, u do have to 3bet the flop, bet a bit more to cbet on this board too

What range of hands do you put villain on?
The only possible hands i can see are 66 or QTh.

meh i think i have to make a bigger 3bet to get better odds on his shove.

yes 66 would suck. But after your bet you're getting 3-1ish on your call and you're only really worried about 66. KK/JJ are unlikely because of preflop action and the fact that you have them. Q10 has you slightly notched and you could fill up obv. Once you 3bet it's going in. You could call his raise on flop and get it all in on a brick turn...which kills his equity if he's drawing.
