Tradal/Party Gaming
I had an affiliate account at Tradal for some time now. I always found them to be one of the leading affiliate programs in the industry. Recently, Party Gaming purchased them and have been implementing their affiliate program/cashier for those Tradal affiliates for about the past 2 months. This has caused unbearable delays in stats and cashouts have been impossible during this time.
Last week, they finally implemented the Party Gaming cashier for the Tradal affiliates. My problem is when I log in to it there is a message saying "Your account is under investigation....blah blah blah." When I contact them via their message system, they don't respond. Does anybody know why my account would be suspended like this? How do I get in touch with them and clear this? Thanks. |

They responded to me when I asked for a reason for being under investigation.

Unfortunately, my Tradal manager just left the company so that's not going to be much help for me. Has anybody had any success calling the toll free number for assistance?

Not for me. Account still under investigation.
My affiliate manager hasn't responded, and haven't heard anything new from Party either. I'm owed so small sum though that I think I'll just forget about the whole thing unless they happen to contact me. |
