Default Sklansky\'s small stakes holdem book

Does this mainly focus on limit or no limit holdem? I ask because I feel that I am pretty good at limit holdem but I want to improve my no limit game. What book would you recomend for small stakes no limit holdem player. Most of the time I play live in a casino or home game 1-2 and 2-5NL is what I have played. I feel that I am better than the majority of players at the table but I dont see results like I do when I play limit games.

Has anyone read Mastering No-Limit holdem? The discription I read makes it sound like it is focused on small stakes games.

I realize I may get some 2+2 bias on this forum but I dont know where to ask with out getting a biased answer. Plus I like most of the 2+2 books I have read so far.
