Default Gullo Poker Room management book?

Posted this in Books & Pubs, no response thus far. Given the particular make-up of this board's denizens (lots of dealers, etc), thought maybe there'd be a good chance of someone having run across this.

------------------------

Was just perusing the Dec newsletter. In the article on the Gambler's Book Shop, saw a reference to a book about Poker Room Management by Nick Gullo.

I have no intention of ever running my own cardroom, but it's a topic that is very interesting to me, and may perhaps deepen my understanding of the poker world. Did a quick search for it on Amazon, but no luck. Article seemed to imply it's a relatively recent publishing, not some decades-old tome.

Is anyone here familiar with the book? Worth tracking down for a read? If so, know where I can snag a copy?

Thanks in advance.
