Out of the 50K With my stack size, I'm not sure I could've gotten away here. Thoughts?

I think you're committed, SB could just as easily have AJ. Call.
Edit: Do NOT assume that people have a clue how to play because they're in this tournament.

Was my first time in the 50k so I felt a bit intimidated, but felt that I wasn't deep enough to fold. Is this a fold at any depth? Also, thanks for the comment about people's play at this tourney. I'll feel better if I win my way into another one.

I could probably fold here ~50BBs deep with a decent read that the 2 villians are fairly tight

The 2.5 raise on the flop is real suspect in a multi-way pot. If you fold you about 16 BBs left, which is plenty in a tourney and it's also plenty becuase you haven't reached the ante period. But you're far from committed.
Plus, the 2.5 is rarely a bluff on the flop in a multiway pot. The worst this guy could have is a flush+straight draw, in which case you can just call imo

I should fold directly after a raise and reraise surely you are beaten by a set. Easy fold. Sometimesb ypu must laydown your KK and AA.
