Default NL200. TP vs river overbet

I just sat down few hands before so I do not have any history vs villain. But I have 60 hands on him. His stats were something like 19\10 AF 2\2\1. The only hand I think villain can play this way is quads. Ahy thoughts on river? Is it easy laydown?

on flop you bet in two opponets and QT, KT, KQ calls you,i think you should check

turn on the other hand looks good for you, so i would raise

river is a fold for me, because: AF:2, he did bet turn ( small but he did - maybe he wanted you to raise him or to call with many cards and now on river he wants to get paid off ) and you have only one pair - with someone who raises not much it's not profitable to play with TPGK for stacks

and quads are unlikely i think, AJ for him is a very good hand on this board, maybe full house

I dnt understand the quads thing, but i would probs raise turn to abwt $75 as i see his bet as a weak and try to end the hand, if he called id push river and by the sounds of it would have stacked me.
