Things people say or do in live tournaments to let you know they suck

1. They repeatedly mention how they would have hit two pair/set/straight after folding a hand like 74o under the gun.

2. They don't know the difference between trips and a set.

3. They get up and go see what's going on at another table when there are all ins and people are standing up.

4. They look at their hole cards multiple times after looking at them once. Also, better players usually wait to look until it is their turn to act; not always the case though.

5. They mention how they have either never played online or think it's rigged.

6. They complain they have not been dealt aces or kings in the past X number of hands.

7. They tell you a bad beat story that goes along the lines of my queens ran into AK and there was a king on the river.

8. They complain about how much someone raises but they never reraise or do anything about it.

9. They open limp frequently and slowplay and minraise. Or do some combination of these.

10. They are a woman.

They show cards when they dont have to. Particularly slowplayed monsters on which they didnt get paid off.

Somehow I feel that this may be largely, albeit stereotypically, accurate that it is by far the most -EV assumption on your list.

In other words, this assumption is probably wrong more often than any of the other assumptions on your list.

that's because there's a 1000/1000 chance that someone is terrible if they do 1-9.

even if 99.9% of women are terrible, your "theory" would be correct
